ICF Walls
They don't look like much now...but when you cover them up, add some other insulating elements like matching attic insulation R value or doing semi conditioned attic space using foam, good quality windows, ICF walls out perform any other system on the market. Take a look under the hood for a minute.

There has been 11" wide, 1/4" thick plate steel added to the tops of the flanges for a smooth width base for the 6' core walls along with base shear rebar verticals welded to the plate.
