ICF Walls
They don't look like much now...but when you cover them up, add some other insulating elements like matching attic insulation R value or doing semi conditioned attic space using foam, good quality windows, ICF walls out perform any other system on the market. Take a look under the hood for a minute.

Using the "wet set" can give you some cool options. In a basement pictured here, it provides a double waterstop becasue the form is submerged in to the wet concrete.

We with our soils and our style of building up the base by1' gives us great drainage and a working place that can take on tons of water during the construction process leaving us a dry work environment.
